Services

The Mary Pack Arthritis Program (MPAP) provides education and treatment to people living with arthritis in various parts of British Columbia. Clinics can be found in Vancouver, Victoria, Penticton and Cranbrook.  Services at our clinics may include:

  • Physical therapy
  • Occupational therapy
  • Nursing
  • Social work
  • Vocational counseling

Cost for services

Most MPAP services are covered by the Medical Services Plan (MSP). Education classes are free to attend, unless noted otherwise.

There is a charge for custom made splints and orthotics.

Access to services

Referrals are required to access many of our services. The type of referral required is different depending on the location and the service you access. Visit pages for each of our regions to learn more. 

Other arthritis services

The Mary Pack Arthritis Program is not the only provider of services for people with arthritis in British Columbia. Arthritis services can be found in the private and public health care system.

Health care professional education

In addition to working with adults living with arthritis, the program plays an integral role in helping educate physical therapists, occupational therapists and nurses in British Columbia who provide care in both the public and private health care system.
